BB-3 Isomalt Cake Topper

Students will learn various techniques to create a marine-themed, 6″ cake topper.  Techniques used will include rock sugar, bubble sugar, ice casting, mold casting, and free piping.  No prior experience with hot sugar required.   Each student will take away a completed topper.  All tools and supplies provided.
