If you have been to ICES conventions before we know you will be planning to come and see what is new from the teachers and the vendors. It is a great time to catch up with old friends and make new ones. If you have not been to an ICES convention you are in for a real treat. It is so great to be around hundreds of people who have the same passion as you, decorating and the sugar arts. You will make new friends with many lasting a lifetime. World renowned teachers and attendees from around the world will be there. Decorators have told us they like to come and catch up with old friends, others love the demos and hands-on classes, the sugar gallery is a great place to get new ideas and see what others are doing, and the vendor area is a must for every decorator. There is so much to do there never seems time to do everything you wanted. So don’t miss out, as a registered attendee it is all open to you.

Cake Challenge

We will be hosting a Cake Challenge on Saturday August 5th. This is always a fun event as you never know what to expect. There will be teams competing consisting of 3 members each. Please see the Cake Challenge page for more details.

Demonstrations and Hands-on Classes

Demonstrations are lecture type classes where the teacher shows the techniques involved in the lesson. In Hands-on classes students will actually make the item specified by that class.

First Time Attendees

We have a first-timer orientation that will give all the information you need to know about what to do and where to go while you are here. You are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity.

Sugar Art Gallery

Attendees are encouraged to bring samples of their work to display in the Gallery. You will see many techniques displayed which are always amazing. No mater your level of expertise, from beginner to expert, you will find something that interests you in the Gallery.

Vendor Hall

Everyone loves the vendor area. Anything you need or didn’t even know you needed will be there. Our last convention had approximately 50 different vendors represented, each with unique and varied items to chose from.
